Let’s rewind a bit. Back in 2007, I was a hotel storekeeper, struggling with inventory and feeling the weight of disappointment as a college dropout. My journey began in that storeroom, but it was filled with lessons learned the hard way.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve accumulated 18 years of real experience. I worked my way up through prestigious hotels like Accor and Capital Club, absorbing knowledge about systems from the inside out. I built TAG Media from scratch, serving global brands like Philips and Unilever. I faced setbacks, lost businesses, Lost the name of my company, I chose wrong partnerships and made costly mistakes, but I got back up every time.
What I’ve learned through it all is that success isn’t about being the smartest person in the room; it’s about creating systems that truly work. I’ve turned traditional businesses into digital-first operations and co-founded Kingpins Academy, helping over 2,000 people discover their paths.
